A holistic focus.

Lindsay focuses on a holistic approach, as does the traditional Chinese medicine style of acupuncture she practices daily in the clinic. She will look at the root of the issue and create a treatment plan that works best for you. Looking into the full picture of the individual, and taking into account diet, lifestyle and other factors that contribute to one’s concern(s). Only then can we fully treat, and achieve the best results.

Personalized treatments.

Utilizing acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment modalities such as cupping, moxa, gua sha, and tuina; the ultimate goal is to get you relief from the ailments that are preventing you from living your life to its fullest.

When not in the clinic, you can find Lindsay out exploring.

I love finding spots like this one, Jocelyn Hill, just outside of Victoria. It is one of my favourite summit views in the area. I have taken oh so many photos of this view. Vancouver Island has such amazing beauty, I am ever so grateful to live here.
