First time acupuncture treatments will have a longer consultation time, followed by treatment. 60 mins in length.

Follow Up Acupuncture Treatment
Follow-up treatments range in time frames, you can choose from a 60 min, 45 min or 30 minute treatment time.

Needle Free Treatment
This 45 or 30min treatment could include acupressure/tui na, cupping, gua sha. No needles are used in this bodywork treatment.

Acupuncture and Cupping
This 75 or 60 min treatment is a combination treatment of both acupuncture and cupping.

All sessions are booked one-on-one with registered acupuncturist, Lindsay Katschke.
